Take a long tail boat ride through the labyrinth of backwater canals and experience local life today away from the hustle and bustle of modern Bangkok city life. Get to understand why Bangkok was once known as 'Venice of the East'.Pass by old temples, wooden houses on stilts and children playing in the water. You will then transfer to the rice barge for your leisurely cruise back on the Chao Phraya passing the Grand Palace and The Temple of Dawn

Pickup from your hotel in Bangkok. 13:00
Transfer to boat pier
Long tail boat ride thro the backwaters
Change to rice barge for Chao Phraya cruise
Transfer back to hotel
Return to your Bangkok Hotel. 17:30

Comfortable, shared air conditioned transport will be provided to and from the boat pier. Transport will be by 12 seat minibus or full size bus.

This is a half day tour and no lunch or meals are provided.

Tour Departures.
We have guaranteed daily departure for this tour 365 days per year. The tour will depart around 13:00 and return at approx 18:00

Pick up and drop off
Free pick up and drop off is included to and from any Bangkok city hotel and includes the broad areas of Silom, Sukumwit and Banglamphu (Khao San Rd). If you are not sure whether your hotel is within our pick up zone please do not hesitate to ask.
